When you request a custom painting, we’ll have an open conversation about your vision — discussing feelings, themes, colors, and the energy you’d like the piece to carry. Because my work is intuitive, I don’t create drafts or sketches; instead, I channel our discussion and your intentions directly onto the canvas. Once we’ve agreed on the size and overall concept, I’ll provide a price quote. A 50% deposit is required to begin, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. Your artwork will be shipped once full payment is received.

Shipping is fully covered by the buyer and will be included in the final price. Costs vary depending on your location, the size and weight of the artwork, and whether you choose to receive the canvas stretched (ready to hang) or rolled (which can reduce shipping costs for larger pieces). I carefully package each painting to ensure it arrives safely, and all orders come with tracking.

The typical production time for a commissioned piece is between 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the size, complexity, and my current schedule. I always aim to create with care and intention, allowing the painting to unfold naturally. You'll be kept updated throughout the process, and I’ll let you know as soon as your artwork is ready to ship.

Because each piece is unique and created with care and intention, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, I take every precaution to ensure that your artwork arrives in perfect condition — carefully packaging each piece to protect it throughout its journey. If your order arrives damaged despite these measures, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, and I will be happy to assist you.
